TWENTY nine teams in four divisions will battle it out for honours in Kilkenny's new Bud Light that was launched in St Francis Abbey Brewery Cellar on Friday.
Games will be played on a home and away basis and the top two in each group will contest the quarter-finals. The final stages will be knockout and there will also be a shield competition.
Chief organiser Gerry Rafter of Rafter Dempsey's is delighted with the interest. "There has been a great response," he told Kilkenny Alive. "We are looking forward to a really exciting competition."
