Everlasting Moments

THE next screening by Kilkenny Film Club is based on the true story of a working-class mother who, in in the early 1900s, won a camera in the lottery.

'Everlasting Moments' depicts how the woman's life is changed forever by this stroke of luck.

However, while she finds self-worth and new friendship with the camera, her abusive husband sees it as a threat.

The Oscar shortlisted film will be shown in Set Theatre, John Street at 8pm on January 26.
